Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator with hands-on industry experience to manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce supports operational efficiency, reporting, and growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other modules as applicable)
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings
  • Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights
  • Ensure data quality through regular audits, data imports, and cleansing activities
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications
  • Troubleshoot user issues and provide day-to-day Salesforce support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and implement improvements
  • Document Salesforce configurations, processes, and best practices
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of industry experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core features and administration best practices
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards)
  • Knowledge of data management, validation rules, and security models
  • Experience supporting end users and providing training or documentation
  • Basic understanding of automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
  • Familiarity with integrations and data import/export tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows, Lightning Experience, and AppExchange apps
  • Exposure to Apex, SOQL, or Salesforce development concepts
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of CRM processes such as sales, support, or customer success
