Job Description

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Website Developer with hands-on industry experience to design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development skills, a good understanding of back-end concepts, and the ability to collaborate with designers and other technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applications
Convert UI/UX designs into clean, high-quality, and reusable code
Develop front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
Integrate websites with back-end systems, APIs, and third-party services
Optimize websites for performance, SEO, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
Maintain and enhance existing websites and fix bugs or issues
Work with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar (as applicable)
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and stakeholders
Ensure website security and best development practices
Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of industry experience as a Website Developer or similar role
Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or similar)
Basic understanding of back-end technologies (PHP, Node.js, or similar)
Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, or equivalent
Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
Understanding of web performance optimization and SEO basics
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.)
Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design systems
Experience deploying websites on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
